The office of the President of the UN Human Rights Council has been furnished this year with Swiss design.
Swiss design for diplomacy
Ambassador Jürg Lauber is committed to creating diplomatic spaces that foster compromise and are supported by the broadest possible consensus. Harmony lies at the heart of his mandate. Developed by Swiss designer Alfredo Häberli in collaboration with teo jakob – who also supplied the furniture – the interior concept reflects an alliance of innovation, functionality and timeless sustainability that defines Swiss design: formal clarity, responsible materials and the personal signature of each designer.
Each piece tells a story
